Platinum Electrical Services was called in by a Calgary customer to diagnose why their in-floor heat was taking four days to get up to temperature. The electrician determined the likely cause was a clogged water line because the valves were working but heat was being lost before the floor valve. During the IR thermal inspection, three breakers were also found at unusually high temperatures, and replacement was recommended before considering a panel upgrade.
